Mini Cils Booster XL Super-Enhancing Mascara Primer is a lash-conditioning mascara primer designed to condition and prime lashes for even longer and more volumized-looking results.

How it works

With just one sweep, this innovative mascara primer glides on smoothly to evenly coat and refine lashes, helping maximize the performance of your favorite mascara. Its conditioning formula is infused with micro-fibers and vitamin E to add the look of extra length and thickness. The white base helps black mascara pigments appear more intense compared with traditional mascaras.

Ways to use

  • Apply before mascara to enhance length and volume results.
  • Use at night on clean lashes as a “lash mask” to nourish and rejuvenate.
