Extra Strength TYLENOL Complete Cold, Cough & Flu Plus Mucus Relief Syrup eases cold, cough, flu symptoms, and helps thin and loosen mucus. Trusted relief targets nasal congestion, aches, fever, sore throat, dry cough, headache, and cough with phlegm. Adults (12+) take 2 tbsp (30mL) every 6 hours, max 8 tbsp daily.

  • Analgesic: acetaminophen 1000 mg
  • Decongestant: pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 60 mg
  • Expectorant: guaifenesin 200 mg
  • Cough suppressant: dextromethorphan hydrobromide 30 mg
